While 2020 has certainly been a year unlike any other, warriors adapt and emerge stronger on the other side. We are committed to fostering a safe and challenging experience designed to draw out the warrior inside of you. It's up to you to get it done this year, but we want to remind you you're not alone.

 

Feel free to take to this year's run either Saturday or Sunday, September 12th or 13th. This page outlines all you need to know to participate in the virtual Texas Warrior Mudout this year. If you need to, use this link to register!

LOGISTICS

Run a distance of 2 miles wherever you are. Every 1/4 mile, complete the following movements:

  1. 50 yd. bear crawl​

  2. 20 lunges

  3. 20 bodyweight squats

  4. 50 yd. crab walk

  5. 20 burpees

  6. 20 standing broad jumps

  7. 20 V sit-ups

Elite Warriors should perform the run and the reps with a 20lb. backpack.
